Experience
Simon Foxell has advised the London Borough of Hackney, Coventry City and Doncaster Councils on their BSF programmes through the CABE Enabling programme
Simon Foxell was lead Client Design Advisor to Birmingham City Council's Building Schools for the Future Academies and Primary Capital programmes from 2007 to 2010 working directly with the Director of Transforming Education.
